HOLDERS OF ESCROWED SHARES INFORMATION & ‘HOW TO GUIDE’

Richmond Vanadium Technology Ltd must give the ASX at least 10 business days-notice of its intention to release your shares from escrow. This was announced on 2 December 2024. The shares were released from escrow at close of business on Friday 13 December 2024. You are not required to do anything to release the shares from escrow. The company is required to notify shareholders and formally apply for those shares to be quoted on the ASX (Form 2A). The Company applied to the ASX for quotation of the fully paid ordinary shares on 16 December 2024.
