Joanne is a Justice of the Peace WA with 30+ years experience in administration and has completed the ASX Listing Rules Compliance Course. She has worked with the management teams of private and ASX listed resource companies including Placer (Granny Smith) Pty Ltd, Adamus Resources Limited, Endeavour Mining Corporation, Norton Gold Fields Limited and Global Lithium Resources and is responsible for compliance and governance matters, finance, marketing and ensuring the team continue to work closely together as the business grows.
